This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.57 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.02.2022, a case in Crime No.57 of 2022 has been registered by the second respondent for the offence under Sections 463, 465, 464 & 471 of IPC. Despite the respondent's calling the petitioner to cooperate for the investigation by giving specimen signature, the petitioner is not cooperating for the investigation. to the non-cooperation of the petitioner, there is no progress in the investigation. He would further submit that even yesterday, the respondent has issued summon to the petitioner for her appearance. However, she has not appeared.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the petitioner to cooperate with the respondent for investigation and to file final report.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
