2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondent being the Assistant Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board to consider his representation dated 12.02.2024 for providing electricity service connection to the property at No.3, Rajaji Nagar, Nethaji Street, Thiruvotriyur, Chennai 600 019.

3. Mr.Jai Venkatesh points out that the petitioner has filed a representation seeking electricity service connection. However, the proper procedure would be to file an application online.

4. Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an application online in accordance with the applicable regulations.
