ORDER
The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of ITP Act in Crime No.05 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.02.2026, on receipt of a secret information, the respondent Police has conducted a raid at "Aathiya Ayurvedic Center", wherein, they found that the accused had made the 3 victims to indulge in prostitution. Hence the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are an innocent person and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the nature of the allegations against the petitioners and the forceful trafficking of the victims, this Court is of the view that the petitioners do not deserve any anticipatory bail.
