13357 of 2014, is for a direction to the to award one mark to the petitioner who had written the TET examination on 18.8.2013 bearing Roll No.13TE 56205156 in respect of Question Nos.1, 13, 19, 20, 24, 25, 28, 66, 71 and 84 in 'B' series and to declare the petitioner pass in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2013, by placing the petitioner in the appropriate place to the post of B.T.Assistant.
2. The relief sought for in W.P.No.13358 of 2014, is for a direction to the respondents to award one mark to the petitioner
who had written the TET examination on 18.8.2013, bearing Roll No.13TE 56203473 in respect of Question Nos.3, 5, 6, 14, 15, 22, 24, 25, 30, 35, 53, 57, 67, 74, 76, 77, 79, 83, 86, 90 and 111 in 'A' series and to declare the petitioner pass in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2013 by placing the petitioner in the appropriate place to the post of B.T.Assistant.

The relief sought for in W.P.No.13359 of 2014, is for a direction to the respondents to award one mark to the petitioner who had written the TET examination on 18.8.2013, bearing Roll No.13TE 62206234 in respect of Question Nos.3, 5, 6, 14, 15, 18, 22, 23, 29, 30, 33, 35, 53, 57, 67, 69, 70, 74, 76, 83, 86, 89 and 90 in 'A' series, and to declare the petitioner pass in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2013 by placing the petitioner in the appropriate place to the post of B.T.Assistant.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners fairly informed this Court that similar issue was already considered and decided by the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court on 19.11.2013 in W.P.(MD).Nos.18334, 18335, 18341 and 18349 of 2013. This Court has considered the similar issue and negatived all the questions raised in that writ petitions and the present writ petitions on hand also relating to the same questions. Since, the questions were negatived by this Court, there need not be no further adjudication in this regard.
5. In view of the matter the grounds raised in these writ petitions deserves no further consideration. Accordingly, these writ petitions stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
