(2-D) No.132 dated 11.05.2007 issued by the 1st respondent after considering the petitioner's representations dated 13.07.2018 and 28.01.2019 in accordance with law and on merits expeditiously within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the Third Respondent to execute the Sale Deed and register the same in the name of the Petitioner pursuant to the issuance of Possession Certificate by letter reference No. R1/3384/07 dated 07.06.2007 in respect of shop site at Plot No. 1/1 and in Kadachanallur Neighbourhood Scheme comprised in Survey No. 24/1 part at Kadachanallur Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District measuring to an extent of 2580 sq. ft. under the Government Discretionary Quota in the Social Worker category as per G.O. (2-D) No. 132 dated 11.05.2007 issued by the First Respondent after considering the representations dated 13.07.2018 and 28.01.2019 made by the Petitioner on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

According to the Petitioner, the final cost for the property allotted to the Petitioner had not been fixed by the Second and Third Respondents, which has forced him to file this Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief. When the matter is taken up today, Learned Counsel for the Second to Third Respondents as produced letter No. R4/3384/2007 dated 19.07.2019 issued by the Third Respondent fixing the cost for the property as 25,25,781/- along with a working sheet showing the calculations. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would pay the remaining due amount of Rs. 20,30,381/- and work out his remedy for execution of sale-deed and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. No costs.
