O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in 21910 of 2016 dated 27.06.2016.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that compliance has been made partly, inasmuch as they have not paid the appropriate amount.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would submit that there may be some mis-calculation but the same cannot be a ground for contempt inasmuch as according to the Corporation, petitioner has been paid the amount due to him. However, it is submitted that if the petitioner submits details by way of representation in this regard, the same shall be re-examined and decision in this regard shall be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
4.Recording such submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
