ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.403 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore as early as on 03.04.2012, but the learned Magistrate has not taken cognizance of offences for want of original records as the same have been submitted to this court.

2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous, however with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore, to take cognizance of offences forthwith as soon as the records are received from this court. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
