ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to the CBCID in respect of in Crime No.129/15.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.129 of 2015 on 13.03.2015 for offences under Sections 294(b) & 506(i) IPC, which, the petitioner seeks to transfer from the file of the respondent police to the file of CBCID.
4. In the considered opinion of this Court, an offence of this nature need not be investigated by the CBCID and instead to serve the interest of justice, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ariyalur is directed to supervise and monitor the investigation in Crime No.129 of 2015 and expeditiously complete the same and file the final report before the concerned Court in Crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ariyalur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
