ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.303 of 2014 on the file of the Deevattipatti Police Station, Salem District.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have completed the investigation and closed the case as Action Dropped.
4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to file the Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, after serving RCS Notice on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the defacto complainant. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
