Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court against the petitioner to appear before the investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4639 of 2022 on 11.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4639 of 2022, dated 11.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that he shall report once in a week, instead of daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
