ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 4(1)(a) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Cr.No.455 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was found to be in possession of 15 bottles of brandy having poisonous smell. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are twelve previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are twelve previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
