This petition has been filed to punish the second respondent herein for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 16.08.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.17036 of 2016.
2. This Court has not issued any directions to the Annadhanapatty Police Station. This Court, by order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 16.08.2016 in Crl.O.P.Nos.17036 and 18139 of
2016 has issued directions only to the Inspector of Police, Rasipuram Police Station and not to the Inspector of Police, Annadhanapatty Police Station. The petitioner has impleaded the Inspector of Police, Annadhanapatty Police Station unnecessarily in this contempt petition and has filed this petition.
3. Today, Mr.S.Nelson, Inspector of Police, Annadhanapatty Police Station is present before this Court. Since no positive direction has been issued to the Inspector of Police, Annadhanapatty Police Station, this contempt petition is closed and the Inspector of Police, Annadhanapatty Police Station is discharged.
