ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrested on13.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 302 IPC @ 302, 120(b), 147, 148, 506(ii), 294(b) of IPC in Crime No.241 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked his brother with bill hook and committed murder due to previous enmity.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petition is the habitual offender and there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
