The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No. 1 of 2020 registered against him for the offences under Sections 120(B), 408, 467, 471 and 477A

of the Indian Penal Code.

2. This petition is actually a duplicate petition. Another Bail Petition filed by the same accused in the same crime number has been numbered as Crl. OP No.7359 of 2020, the same came up for hearing yesterday and was adjourned to 18.05.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he had filed a bail petition through Email and since it was not numbered, he chose to file another through e-filing.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute Crl. OP No.7359 of 2020. 30.04.2020 jv To 1.The Judicial Magistrate IV, Coimbatore.
