This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the appeal against the impugned award dated 24.03.2016 made in W.C. No.310 of 2013 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmens Compensation, Deputy Commissioner of Labour II, Chennai.

2.Both the learned counsel would fairly submit that since the entire award amount has already been deposited by the Insurance Company and the same has also been withdrawn by the claimant, nothing survives in this petition.

3.In view of the submission made by both the learned counsel, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, CMA No.SR44837/2016 stands rejected.
