ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the dismissal of I.A.No.291 of 2014 in O.S.No.199 of 2010, dated 02.09.2016, on the file of learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpet.
2. The application in I.A.No.291 of 2014 was filed to set aside the exparte order passed under Order IX Rule 7 read with 151 of the Civil
Procedure Code.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the respondent submits that it is an attempt by the petitioner/defendant to drag on the proceedings. He would submit that he has no objection for allowing the Civil Revision Petition provided the petitioner co-operative for the early disposal of the suit and would further submit that a direction may be issued to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
4. Recording the submissions made by both the parties and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to conduct trial and dispose of the above suit, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
