O R D E R

Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam in Crl.M.P.No.5050 of 2015 dated 15.07.2015.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, granted bail to the petitioner directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.44 of 2015 on the file of Manjoor Police Station.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a poor agriculturist and unable to mobilise the funds to deposit and thus, he prays to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the circumstances, the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, passed in Crl.M.P.No.5050 of 2015 dated 15.07.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] to the credit of Crime No.44 of 2015 on the file of the Manjoor Police Station, instead of Rs.1,50,000/-. Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
