This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide police protection and also to consider the representation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owned land comprised in S.No.529/1B situated in Irunappattu Village. While being so, the respondents 4 and 5 herein are disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The respondents 4 and 5 herein owned land comprised in S.No.529/1A. Therefore, it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein and as such, the petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
