O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give suitable police protection to the petitioner in order to demolish the building situated at New No.114, Old No.7, Nainiapa Street, Park down, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner is a landlord and the respondents 4 to 6 are tenants. The petitioner had given the complaint to give suitable police protection to demolish his building situated at New No.114, Old No.7, Nainiapa Street, Park down, Chennai and had also obtained an order from the Court. He would also submit that subsequently, compromise was arrived between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6. Due to which, the respondents 4 to 6 had vacated from the premises and the petitioner had also demolished the premises. He would further submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the complaint.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
