Since the decree is for refund of advance amount and the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the respondents have already deposited the advance amount into Court, this stay petition is dismissed as unnecessary.

2.The Trial Court is directed to deposit the said amount in a Nationalized Bank in a cumulative interest earning fixed deposit initially for a period of three years.
