Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.On a perusal of the A-Diary extract, it is seen that the application in I.A.No.61 of 2013 seeking for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal was posted for enquiry as a last chance in the year 2015. Thereafter, the application has been adjourned on various occasions and the fact remains that the same is still pending.

3.The petitioner had filed the interlocutory application viz., I.A.No.61 of 2013 in the year 2013 and counter was also filed by the seventh respondent in the year 2014. It is seen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner herein is a senior citizen and as such, by fixing up a time limit for disposal of the interlocutory application, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents herein and as such, no notice is ordered by this Court to them.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.61 of 2013 in unnumbered A.S. Of 2013, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
