ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 23.07.2012 in W.P.No.5519 of 2005 as confirmed by the orders of this Court dated 21.01.2016 in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in WA.SR.No.70637 of 2014, has not been complied with, the present contempt petition is filed.

2.When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Government in G.O.(Ms)No.231, School Education Department, dated 08.11.2017 to that effect.

3.In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed.
