(Order of the court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners /appellants to accept the cause title as mentioned in the preamble as well as in the body of the Memorandum of Original Side Appeal grounds and direct the registry to number the Original Side Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants, who submitted that the legal heirs of the deceased are sought to be added as parties to the appeal and hence, this petition may be ordered.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the case papers, with respect to the cause title.
