W.M.P.No.8586 of 2024 in W.P.No.1989 of 2024 R.N.MANJULA, J.

This petition has been filed to amend the cause title of the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has wrongly impleaded the District Revenue Officer instead of District Collector as R1.

3. Since the District Collector is the rightful authority who has to pass orders in the subject matter and the petitioner has wrongly impleaded the District Revenue Officer, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above writ petition.
