ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.09.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for inclusion of five cents of lands in the patta that was granted in favour of the petitioner and his brother. 2.Heard Ms.S.Rithika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3/6 3.It is seen from records that the representation made by the petitioner was acted upon and it is pending before the 4 th respondent. The claim made by the petitioner is that an excess of five cents was added in the patta that was granted in favour of the private respondents and that the same must be added in favour of the petitioner and his brother in the patta that has already been given to them.

4.This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of this case and it will suffice if a direction is issued to the 4 th respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 17.09.2024 after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents 5 to 10 and order shall be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
