O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to issue a non traceable certificate to enable the petitioner to obtain duplicate document bearing number 754/2000 dated 19.11.2000 based on the C.S.R. No.418/2021 dated 16.10.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's brother one Noorul Ameen S/o. Deen Mohammed had given a complaint stating that the original documents are found missing. Based on the complaint, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.418 of 2021 and the Non Traceable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Certificate also made ready. However, the said Noorul Ameen has not appeared before the respondent to receive the Non Traceable Certificate whereas, the petitioner, who is the brother of Noorul Ameen without any authorisation has approached the respondent. If the petitioner appears with due power of attorney or due authorisation, the respondents are prepared and hand it over to the petitioner, after verification.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
