(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner/ appellant to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondent as party respondents to the above appeals.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the appeals, the respondent therein viz., G.Pandurangan died on 02.02.2022 and the same was intimated by his counsel by filing a memo dated 03.03.2022 to the Registry, by serving a copy on him. Therefore, these petitions have been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondent / proposed respondents as party respondents to the above appeals.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
