This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for adding the name of the petitioner in the patta pertaining to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.D.Veerakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 2/4

a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 11.06.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 4 and 5 and orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
