Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Assistant Commissioner is present and the respondents 3 and 4 are also present. The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that this Court by order dated 31.07.2014 which reads as follows. " The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the
respondents has given an undertaking that the respondents are not in any way obstructing the petitioner to run the restaurant.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
