ORDER

The petitioners seek bail in respect of Crime No. 121 of 2020 registered against him for the offences under Section 302 I.P.C.

2) The case against the petitioner is that he had sexually assaulted the victim and had killed her.

3) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in early stages and this case will also have communal ramifications in the village.

4) In view of the same, I do not think that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail in the prevailing situation. Hence, this petition is dismissed for the present.
