] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 326 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against conviction judgment dated 23.02.2023 in S.C.No.94 of 2015 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
