This petition is filed to implead the Department of Fertilizers as 4th respondent in the above writ petition.

2. The 1st respondent on 06.03.2024, submitted the Office Memorandum bearing No.W-05/0005/2022-DPE(WC) dated 21.02.2022 and submitted that Department of Fertilizers, the administrative Department of Madras Fertilizers Ltd., was required to be impleaded in the above writ petition. The petitioner has therefore filed the implead petition to implead the Department of Fertilizers as 4th respondent in the above writ petition. 3.I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and therefore the petition is ordered.
