This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants to accept the cause title as mentioned in the preamble as well as in the body of the Memorandum of Original Side Appeal grounds.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants, who submitted that before passing the order and decreetal order dated 21.02.2022 which is impugned in the appeal, the original 7th respondent viz., P.Saraswathi passed away on 11.12.2021 and the present 7th respondent viz., K.Kumar is her eldest son and as agreed by all the other heirs, he is to represent the estate of the deceased P.Saraswathi and hence, the petitioners / appellants sought permission of this court to file the appeal as against him as well.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
