Respondent in A.S.No.325 of 2010/ Respondent Appeal Suit filed under section 54 of the Land and Acquisition act against the judgment and decree of the learned Subordinate Court, Arani dated 05.12.1989 and made in L.A.O.P.Nos.78, 81, 102, 122 of 1987 and against the judgment and decree of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Vellore dated 05.04.1991 and made in L.A.O.P.No.281 of 1984. For Appellant : Mr.P.Gunasekaran Additional Government Pleader in all the appeals COMMON JUDGMENT All these appeals have been filed by the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, Ranipet, challenging the awards passed by the Sub Court Arni in L.A.O.P. Nos.78, 81, 102, 122 of 1987 and 287 of 1984 respectively. The said acquisition was for formation of BHEL unit in Ranipet.

2.It is seen that the connected appeal arising out of very same proceedings in AS. Nos.360 and 361 of 2010 filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same appellant against the awards in L.A.O.P Nos.204 and 206 of 1987 were dismissed by this Court, confirming the awards passed by the Trial Court by the Judgment dated 30.01.2014 made in AS. No. 360 & 361 of 2010. 3.Similarly, awards passed by the Sub Court have been confirmed by this Court in AS. No.456 of 1995 & 617 of 2010. Hence, all the Appeal suits are dismissed by confirming the awards of the Trial Court. No costs.

4.The Learned Additional Government Pleader is entitled for separate fees for each of the appeal.
