ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Vishvapooja, aged 19 years, sought production of his wife claiming her to be his wife.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Petitioner is present before this Court. The detenue has been produced by third respondent/father of the detenue. The detenue informs that she wishes to continue under the care and custody of her parents. The detenue is a major, which cannot be denied.
4. We are leaving to the parties to workout their remedy in accordance with law. This Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
