The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.04.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) IPC in Crime No.550 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the petitioner has been granted interim bail by the Sessions Court, Kancheepuram.
