Mrs.J.Sri Jayanthi, Learned Special Government Pleader undertakes to file a Working Sheet or Chart exhibiting how the Revised Pay Scales (Different Grades) relating to each individual Employee (Driver) is fixed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.162, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 13.04.1998 on or before 12th October, 2017. In the meanwhile, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Government is directed to serve copies of the aforesaid Worksheet/Chart to the Learned Counsels appearing for the Petitioners/Respondents well in advance. Thereafter, the Registry is directed to list the matter.
