ORDER

This is the petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.C.Ganesh Pandian, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Shanmuga Rajeswaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet has also been laid, which has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Chidambaram in PRC.No.2 of 2020. At this juncture, grant of anticipatory bail would not be appropriate.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against this petitioner on 24.02.2020 in PRC.No.2 of 2020. The petitioner is granted liberty to move an appropriate application, seeking to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Chidambaram. On receipt of 2/4
