This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent Police to take legal action against the respondents 5 to 8 respondents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2015 vide C.S.R.No.182 of 2015 on the file of the fourth respondent Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
