The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "directing the respondents to pay death benefits of the petitioner Aunty M.Malika and to consider petitioner representation dated 20.02.2026."

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials on record.

3.A mere perusal of the records would clearly indicate that the petitioner has not obtained the succession certificate till date. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate Civil Court to obtain the succession certificate before making any requests.
