Out of sheer compassion, we have interacted with the alleged detenue by name Aishwarya for causing whose production, this Habeas Corpus Petition is instituted by her lamenting father. We find that the girl, who has attained the age of majority, is currently preferring to live away from her Parents in the manner considered appropriate and suitable to her.
