These applications are filed for condonation of delay, setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the second respondent, who are the proposed respondents 4 to 8.
2. Despite service of notice on the proposed respondents privately, they have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The petitioner has satisfactorily explained the delay in seeking to set aside the abatement. The cause of action survives the death of the second respondent and the proposed parties are proper and necessary in the revision petition.
5. These petitions are ordered.
6. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue notice to the newly added parties in the revision.
7. Post the revision on 25.08.2025.
