The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce the document to show that he is in the subject https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ property. When questioned about producing of document, the

learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that three hindu god idols and kids play articles have been taken away by the respondents. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation to the respondent concerned and if those things are available, the same could be returned to the petitioner.

3. In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
