This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the complaint dated 16.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has sent a complaint dated 16.06.2015 to the respondents by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the third Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
