Mr.G.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition for the reason that the permission to conduct procession has already been rejected by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Coimbatore, and the petitioner has filed a separate writ petition challenging the legality of the said order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
