The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the Impugned Order of the 1st respondent made in Show cause No.TN56/2019/22, dated 02.03.2019 for suspending the Petitioner's Driving License bearing DL.No.TN4719940000325 for the period of 6 months from 02.03.2019 to 01.09.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to return the Driving Licence to the petitioner after removing the endorsement suspended forthwith.
