CR.NO.2296/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.NO.4980/2021 order dated 15/03/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MANIGANDAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4980/2021 order dated 15.03.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 10.05.2021 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.
