Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4979 of 2021 order dated 15/03/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MANIGANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners for sureties in Crl.O.P.No.4979 of 2021 dated 15.03.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended for a further period of 20 days (i.e.,on or before 10.05.2021) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and no further time shall be granted, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.
