Crl.O.P.No.7063 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J., The petitioner/A2 in Crime No.47 of 2024, registered by the respondent for the offence under Sections 66E, 67(B)b of IT Act, and Section 12 of POCSO Act and remanded to judicial custody on 15.01.2024, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that a complaint was lodged by the mother of the victim on 14.01.2024 that she saw one of the accused, flashing light from his mobile from his terrace of his apartment at the bedroom of the victim. He fled away after he was noticed. Thereafter, it required the Investigating Agency also to be changed and the present respondent is the Investigating Agency as on date. It had been stated that one Laptop, two Hard Disks, two Pen Drives and one Memory Card had been confiscated from a studio It was further stated that videos of various victims had been noticed and recovered from the said electronic devices. 3.Investigation is at an extremely nascent stage, as a matter of fact, an application has also been made seeking to conduct test identification parade.
