ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal, dated 11.02.2026 pending on the file of the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the 3rd respondent, dated 30.01.2025, the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 11.02.2026 before the respondents 1 and 2. Since the same was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 11.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 5th respondent and any third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by Page No.2 of 4

this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 11.02.2026.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 11.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 5th respondent and any third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
